From the opening meeting in which they gathered information from us and provided us with expectations for all of the steps of the process we felt we were in very good hands. Every step along the way they gave us choices and options; we felt we made very informed decisions due to the information they provided. Timing also didn't feel rushed and they allowed us the perfect amount of time to finish some work and clean up and then the house was on the market in a very short time. We were also pleased with the cleaning crews and stagers they hired not only because their work was high quality but because they were nice people. Estate Sale - it is a difficult time when a family member passes and you need to sell their house as 'trustee'. Cathy and her team took the ball and ran with it ... they kept me informed but I did not need to be personally involved for the most part (until signing all the papers).
